We are credentialed Substance Abuse Professionals (SAP). As a SAP we help Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated employees return to work after a DOT violation has occurred, such as a failed drug and/or alcohol screen or a refusal to test. A SAP is not an advocate for the employer or the employee. The primary function of the SAP is to be a gatekeeper who protects the public interest.
